Ac is Verry good, lekin AC ke Remote mein light nahi di hai, raat mein bohut jaa dikkat hoti hai.. Remote ko chlane mein..I guess company ne remote mein cost cutting ki hi.... Aryee bhai jahan ittna mehga AC agar diya hai.. to choti si light Remote ke led pannel or button mein kyu hta di... Kya hi cost aati Usski...Agar cost mehngi lg rhi thi to Wo bhi costomer se hi le lete AC ki cost mein include kar ke,, jhan customer Itna mehga AC le sakta hai to kya whan chotti si Remote ki light ke pesse nah de sakta..??Kya AC bechego tum log waki ke AC wale compitition ki Dod mein.., AC ke feature to badiya de diye, lekin thoda remote mein bhi ek light wala feature add kr dete usske Pannel or remote ke button mein...

Item is no doubt from others brand company like Voltas,Daikin,Panasonic,Lg,carrier,Lloyd etc.i am completely very happy with this cruise 5 star 5 ton inverter air conditioner, customer service also superb respons as per guide, recommend to everyone about this AC,thank you cruise and amazon, my best regards to all of you.

I purchased it in March last year(2024) first product I got was faulty they replaced the whole setup after installation..I felt ok.. used for 2 months Max in summer..cooling was late and not up to mark and decreased gradually. they recommended to keep in 24 for avail 5 star rating consuption. I tried to maintain it max of time. after summer I used once a week in 24degree temp.. gradually the cooling dropping to nill..and also fan speed is not good.. need to on turbo mode for max fan speed. after summer started I started to decrease temp lower to 20 or 18 but cooling was nill waste of electricity. And you should wait hours to see when it gets cooled. then I came to know that it was not working and raised a compliant..tech came after 2 days and removed all the installed tapes etc opened all units and checked for gas leaks hasent found any. He said need to pump nitrogen gas and check leakage in indoor or in our door and asking 4000 for that.. just 13 months passed after purchasing new one.. till now the condenser shine also as the new one.. but not working. How can it get damaged so soon. Is bulid quality worst.. should some one invest 33k + for few months of ac.. I am fed up with these thinking to settle it in consumer court. I suggest not to go with this.. better go for other brands.

I am reviewing the AC based on my observations across various parameters based on my 1 month of useCooling:The cooling of this AC is quite good. I did not have any problems with it so far.Product Quality:Both indoor and outdoor quality seems to made of durable materials. Though refinement of indoor unit can be improved as there were small gaps between panels (very small but nothing bothersome)Visual appeal:The indoor unit looks quite good. However, they need to remove/minimize front sticker regarding features as I feel it reduces the elegance of the indoor unit.Noise Level:For indoor unit, there is minimal wind noise, though it slightly higher than my previous LG ACs it should not be a concern for the user.For outdoor unit, I felt the noise level is quite low even at full load which is quite appreciable (similar to LG ACs).Other lesser favorable Aspects:1. Air Swing:It has only 2 way automatic swing, for sideways you have to manually set it up. In a long and narrow hall this 4 way swing may not required but since my AC is positioned in between, I need to climb up & manually change the direction if required, which I don’t prefer doing.2. Remote:The display does not have backlight, the buttons do not illuminate at night. This should have been provided as a basic feature. It becomes difficult to find the remote at night3. Wifi:At this price, one cannot expect this feature but hopefully in future this is added at least in the premium model.Aspect that I didn’t like:1. Installation:The company has given contract to third party services (like all other brands these days).The people who came to install the device at my place came with the ambition to extract as much money as possible from me. They charged me a hefty amount for 3rd party rubber stands, extra labor charge for slight inconvenience, gas leakage checks etc. They didn’t clean the place after installation & there was also spacing left between indoor unit and the wall. At the end of the installation, I was left quite unhappy & even refused to photographed in front of the AC. (which they now do after every installation)Suggestion to fellow customers:Please be prepared: Apart from additional 1500Rs for installation, depending on your availability of space for outdoor unit you may require additional brackets & that may incur additional 500 to 1000Rs charges.Apart from this please be strict with the installers and refrain from adding anything other than basic installation, else they will try to pressurize you into paying a hefty price in the name proper functioning of the product.2. WarrantyA few competitors provide 5 years warranty at the time of this writing. Though they are priced just slightly higher, any breakdown of this product within just next few years would easily drive up the cost beyond the initial savings. Hope this product remains durable. Only time will tell.

Superb AC comes with smooth coating on radiator compressor.. which makes it rust proof.., most important thing is inverter technology at C1 it takes only 3 Ampere load.. with is very less and consuming 706 units / year..Installation must be done by company's machines so we can get 10 years of compressor grantee other wise they will not clame this grantee.Performance wise great i am using it 28°C and it gives great cooling.There is one updation needed in Remote control that led light need to increase it's hard to see even in day light..

Amarnath came for installation of AC , excellent work done by him, really appreciate his capabilities with perfect planning of installation.it was not easy to install since no provision was there of split AC but he did it in excellent way .Thanks to Amarnath for everythingRegards Anil kaushik

The remote work only 2 Months approximately, Now even replace of battery remote not work any function. Pl.solve my problem by replace remote
