Great crocs but runs small got a size 10 and was too small had to return for a 11 and usually wears a 10

Purchased mid/end of August and it broke 2 days ago. The return window closed on the 23rd... today is the 29th of September. My partner has a foot that causes issues because of a botched surgery. He can't run, he walks minimally, and he's nowhere near overweight (he's underweight if anything)... there's literally no reason it should've broken. He went to put it on and it snapped where the stitching is. I bought these for him so he could get good support for his foot. Very unhappy about this as we're on a tight budget and these were a big spend for us.

Straps can’t be relied on. Break easily. Otherwise they’re great.
