Great sauce
My partner started having issues with tomato based sauce. This alternative is convenient, and really great tasting. It's very thick, so works for the thinnest pastas.

Autumn in a jar!
Such a great sauce! Great thick texture and perfect flavor. Light creamy butternut flavor. Cooked the noodles and then added the sauce with a little pasta water. Cooked a little more and the rigatoni soaked up the sauce. Perfect with an apple salad for dinner!

Such a disappointment. I made butternut squash sauce and it was a lot pf work. I thought it would be handy to keep a jar in the pantry for a quick, easy meal. BLECH! I drowned it in parm to mask the taste. Texture was gritty. Small amount for the money too, even if it were good.
