I had been purchasing medium nasal masks for my husband. We decided to try the small because the medium were still a little bulky. The small are perfect. He doesn’t have a little head so I wasn’t sure but he is substantially more comfortable now. Super soft and easy to install. Will definitely buy more from this seller.

My husband had a lapse of coverage for his cpap supplies. In the meantime, this was an inexpensive alternative. The walls of the mask itself seemed a little more shallow than the ones we usually get from the medical supply place. However, that has not hindered the quality. It still keeps the seal. It is still soft and comfortable.He's since been able to get a new machine and mask, but he's ended up putting this mask on his new setup. I'm so thankful this was an option when we needed it. Just make sure you're getting the right gel cushion for the right mask.

This item fits well with no leaks at night. The one negative is there is a seam center under the nose that can be irritating at times.

I really needed this for my Cpap mask it works great

My original purchase was a medium because I am 6' and 220 Lbs. and no I don’t have a midget head. Anyways, the small fits perfect, the medium was to large. The down side it that I have to shave more offten because the product gets uncomfortable on a scruffy face. I have tried 4 variations to face masks, fabric nose, in nose, gel full face and this nose gel. I am no longer looking for something better.

While labeled as small, respironics has changed their small to be more like the mediums or larges from before. Therefore this will not fit the traditional masks that are "small.'I was mislead because the UPC code on Amazon for this item is listed as the same as the traditional "small" cushion and flap. The correct upc code for this item is 686959 413962.Even though the package has not been opened, it is a "Non returnable item" and I am out the $'s for it because of the vendor's and/or Amazons carelessness and lack attention to detail.

I purchased to replace my older cushion to save on purchasing the entire headgear since other than the cushion gel ring everything was still good. It started out ok, but I have had just over 1 month and it already feels worn out. I have been using a Cpap fpr near 20 years so I am no novice...but this part seems to be a piece of junk. Just over a month and it's worn out and floppy like...save your money . I will not purchase again.
