Fits well and stays in position
Bought these for the door of an oven, and they have been working fine for weeks. I was worried about the indirect heat causing problems with the plastic housings, but so far so good.

Repaired existing Shock
By getting just the ends I broke, I was able to repair my existing shock. I didn't have to worry about finding the exact shock length needed.

Worked as expected
Needed them to replace two fittings on lift strut on my Jeep. I actually only needed the C clip - but couldn't find anywhere to buy them separately, including my local hardware store. Turns out I needed two more for the lift on a relatives car so all is well.
