Does the job
Great for holding items in place in bed of truck but not as beefy as I would like. Heavy item would probably bend the bar with it fully extended. Easy to install and remove

Great Customer service
I orderd 2 DC Cargo Ratcheting Cargo Bars for Pickup Truck Bed - Heavy-Duty Adjustable 40"-70".I got them quickly and while one of them worked perfectly, the other one failed right out of the box. I was pissed and hot becasue it was like 150 degrees here in Florida. So I immedialty started working on a return and replace, because one of them worked just find. Then.....I thought "self" why dont you call customer support? It was Sunday so I figured there was no hope of reaching anyone, but I wanted to complain to someone. I needed a target to hear me mad...you all know how that works...I actually reached customer support??? What?? On a Sunday afternoon just before Labor day? WOW!!!Great customer support and they knew I was frustrated. Resolved my issue and told me they would send me a replacement ASAP. Today, less than a week later, the replacement arrived and works great!!I would not normally give a 5 star review on a product that did not work, however the customer support makes up for that in major way. Finally a company that gets it.

Works for small truck beds
Product arrived quickly. I have an 2004 ford Ranger Stepside with a bed liner. This bar fits inside the bed and holds firm. When tightening the bar don't apply too much pressure. The ratchet will slip. Make it snug and then lock the handle.
