15" China Electronic Cymbal

I ordered this out of sheer curiosity because it was inexpensive, matches my Roland kit aesthetically well, I’d heard good buzz about Lemon cymbals, and I always used to have an 18” china to my right on my acoustic kit. I purchased this China along with a 15” crash/ride that I ultimately returned. While the c/r was a very loud and felt much harsher and cheaper than the Roland variants, the China plays amazingly. My issue with the other Lemon cymbals is that the rubber on the top and edges feels thinner and harder than Rolands. Because of the shape of the China, it has more rubber along the edge, making it about as loud as my other cymbals and makes it feel less harsh than the other Lemons.This cymbal triggers well and has taken a proper pounding without showing any real signs of wear. If you’re looking for a china shaped electronic cymbal, the Lemon 15” china is worth a look.

Bought 2 15" Chinas - one for each side of the kit. Fit extremely well aesthetically with my Roland kit. So far triggering and playability are great - with any luck they will be durable as well. Well worth the cost of admission!

It's as good as all of my other e-cymbals. No difference at all. What a bargain.

Works great with my Alesis Strike Peo SE kit. I love it.

The media could not be loaded. Wish it worked properly because shape is awesome. Will need to stick to Roland. Triggering is faulty no matter what I do on module, hopefully company will make it right as I was very excited.

the cheapest out of a community of overpriced competitors. every e-drum "thing" is absolutely ripping off consumers. triggers & drums can be diyed, but its not feasible to make the rubberized cymbals at home. so i had to buy this & some splashes.still got ripped off, but at least it works.

Basically T., I kept reading your review of the Lemon china type... Thought your review was insightful.... So I bought the booger...and then liked it so much I bought a second one (smile). I concur with you, T., possibly the shape of the china is what puts the extra rubber material where it's needed that helps it work so well. FOR THE MONEY>>it's a steal. That's why I bought the second one so quickly after I received the first. As far as details: received promptly, well packaged and boxed. No quality issues found. So highly recommended---if you have an e kit that these things will work with...run, don't walk>>who knows when they'll sell out or raise their price higher.. Thank again T. for the heads up.. -Bruce
