Is this model the same as on the photo with the bnc plugs inside likes 1013d+? what is a difference in between them - just the 100x probe?

The two are the same, the difference is whether or not the 100x high voltage probe is included.

Does it have video out, bluetooth, SD card or any way to record the screen?

Yes, the 1013D can take screenshots and save them, and you can link the 1013D to your computer for file transfer via a data cable.

Does it.save .csv data files to pc. does it allow custom probe setups such as 1x. is it 12bit or 8 bit. can you scroll backwards to see waveform.

I returned it. I didn't like the layout or touch screen. I bought a OWON HDS272 Instead
