Value for money
The quality is still okay. It's easy to store because it's not very big. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Conducts heat quickly. Very suitable for personal use.

A great little stove for canoe camping.
A great product to cook on with two cooking options for those who like to do more than boil water at camp. Perfect size for kindling, so gets going quickly. Make sure the wood is bone dry or the glass spots up quickly. Looking forward to using this on winter camps but also a great way to control your fire and environmental impact. Love it!

The catch
Fitting a plastic catch onto a fire that's going tk melt the 1st time it's used is nit very clever

Tiny, tiny stove
This is a well-made little thing, but you need to understand is really tiny. The kettle in my photo holds 1 litre (1.5 pints) . You'll need to cut your 'logs' to around 20cm (8in) lengths and split them - more like large pieces of kindling. It gives out a decent heat and will boil a kettle but the small size and the fact that it has no flu damper or other means to manage the draft means you have to feed it more or less continuously to keep the fire going - if you leave it alone for 15m it will be out. But if you treat it like a superior version of one of those lightweight twig stoves for backpackers it's fine. So overall a nice little extra for car camping trips (too heavy to backpack) - nice for sitting outside the tent watching the flames through the window. Easy to clean too.

Better than expected
Only tried it out once with some kindling but it’s not bad, sturdy and fairly heavy which was a surprise. Will be using it when we go to festivals just to keep the ambiance going in the evenings.
