Can I measure the ph of cider with these strips

I wouldn't, the PH parameter window doesn't give you much confirmation of what the PH actually is - just a colour range so you can see if urine is more acid or alcaline than it should be. You'd be best buying proper litmus paper, it would be far better suited to the task on hand.
