First let me say that I abhor taking baths. Showers are for getting clean. Baths are a treat for soaking and I just don't have time for that. Until I MAKE time for it! I have a jacuzzi tub that has just sat there for the last 8 years. A bad back forced me to treat myself to a jacuzzi session and I wanted something cherry. I have no idea why but I had to have a cherry smell. I ordered this and its wonderous! As stated it is 8 oz. A full bag. I'm not sure why people are surprised at the size. 8oz is clearly stated when you buy it. Not reading the description should not be held against the seller. And as far as how much you need? In a full sized jacuzzi I used two handfuls. So maybe 1/3 of the bag? And that was too much. I had to keep turning the jacuzzi off because I had too many bubbles. So for a regular bathtub? Probably not a great idea but even bath bombs don't foam up in a bathtub do they? I've never seen one that does. The smell though! I got Cherry and it was every bit of what I had hoped for. I could have laid there for days!!! Its a treat....but to me a bath is a treat so.....whats $3 once a week to lay, soak and relax? Better than a spa trip for sure! I highly recommend for anyone with a jacuzzi for bubbles and anyone in general if you aren't worried about bubbles. The scent is amazing and next time I won't need to use so much so can probably get 4 or 5 baths out of a package. My skin is radiant now and glowing.

This Luxiny Fizzy Foaming Bath Bomb Dust comes in a number of fragrances. I ordered Vanilla Buttercream. This comes in an 8 oz package that has a clear front so I can see the bath bomb dust. The back is shiny silver. The presentation is very nice, and the scent when the package is opened is absolutely enticing. Having read prior reviews that mentioned it took a lot of the bath dust to produce a decent foam, I used half a package in my fairly large soaking tub. That produced enough bubbles to layer the top 1 to 1/2 inches deep and to last me through my entire lengthy bath. I probably would have gotten more bubbles had I turned the water faucets wide open, but what I got was plenty for me. The vanilla butternut fragrance was very faint. The bath bomb dust moisturized my skin pleasantly, and left behind no residual whatsoever in my tub. Because this does not have either the splendid colors and fragrance of a bath bomb, nor the vast amount of bubbles that regular bubble bath has, I don't see myself ordering this again. Because of how pretty it looks and smells in the bag, however, I would consider giving it to a friend as a gift, with instructions to use a full bag at once as a special treat.

Your bath water will turn into a beautiful shade of blue and your bathroom will smell wonderful. Your skin feels so soft afterwards. It's like a small get away to a tropical island.

I bought this despite the reviews and yeah the bag is way to small for the price.

I must be the only person who picked this scent because I didn't see any other reviews for it, but since the other scents had good reviews I thought it could be worth a shot. It was not worth it. I was pretty disappointed in the product quality for its price... it doesn't smell like anything, doesn't change the bath water color as much as I'd like, and I can get a whole jar of plain milk powder for cheaper so I ended up doing that instead. Don't waste money on milk powder specifically labelled for "bath use"; it all works the exact same!
