Very happy with my new coffee machine. My old Magnifica was starting to show its age and I decided to treat myself to a newer fancier one, and boy am I happy!Much easier to clean than the old one, and having the automatic milk frother is a real bonus. My favourite feature so far is the "My" function, where you can set the length and intensity of your coffee, and even the amount of milk used and also add an extra shot, and the machine remembers your preferences.There are four profiles to choose from, so family members can each have their own profile of drinks settings.The build quality is great, everything fits together nicely and there are no sharp edges or corners .The temperature of the coffee is adjustable, but unfortunately the milk temperature is not, and I would like to have the milk a little hotter.All in all, though, this is a super little machine, extremely easy to set up and use, and I'm very happy with it.

This machine was great at first, it makes great coffees and I enjoy all of the different options and the ease of using it.After about 7 months, it developed a fault and was tripping our electric every time it finished making a coffee with milk. It was sent for repair but we’ve since encountered more issues, 11 months after our first purchase. The coffee machine was just turning on and off repeatedly and beeping, sometimes finishing the coffee before doing this, but most of the time not even being able to complete it before defaulting.It’s returned from repair today but I’m convinced it’s not our coffee machine I’ve received back, but another repair. The plug is different, the condition is terrible and not like it was when I sent it, it has tapes over the screen etc., all which lead me to believe it’s not mine. There’s also a side panel that’s been removed that’s really difficult to get back on, so I think the repairer just gave up on trying and shoved it in the box.Amazon are now looking into this for me and their service has been good, but the experience of this coffee machine has been terrible, especially for the price.

I have owned, reviewed and tested many coffee machines, and I can honestly say that this De’Longhi produces the most amazing flat white. The coffee is strong, bold and full of flavour rather than weak or watery, which can be a problem with some automatic machines.One of the main reasons for the better result is the amount of ground coffee used to create the puck. It appears larger than the pucks produced by many competing machines, giving the finished drink much more depth and flavour. The milk and coffee combine beautifully, producing a genuinely enjoyable café-style flat white at home.This is a significant purchase, so I would recommend researching the brewing system, coffee dose and drink options before deciding which machine to buy. Having compared many different machines myself, this one delivers the flavour and strength I had been looking for. A fantastic machine that I highly recommend.

Had it a day, well packaged, looks good, more compact than eletta, easy to set up by following onscreen menu. Remember to wash all accessories. We received water filter but no descaler. It has lots of on-screen options. Brewing coffee gives immense aroma. Hot water and black coffee is hot not warm. With milk it is still a comfortable hot to be drunk more immediately. This is actually an impressive machine, a bit noisy but that's expected. Previously had eletta and this is a step up in every aspect. Hopefully it will last as long as the eletta.Edit: unfortunately the bean grinder has malfunctioned. And the usual fixes don't work so looks like it needs to be replaced/ repaired

This is quite expensive, so I guess I expected a little more I didn't expect the coffees to usesbso much milk and I was hoping to also be able to make standard as I want to still be able to enjoy whilst not having to worry to much about the kals the coffee is consistent but I'm not sure the measurements in the cup are as I used to get coffee to the top of the much now it doesn't so I'm not overly impressed when comparing to priceEdit a year later the milk now doesn't heat properly to be quite honest I'm really not happy this is a premium product with a premium price we should not be getting cold coffee after a year it no longer and now I have no way of getting this sorted

Disgusted!! Dead after one year. Will not switch on. Control panel absolutely dead! Called customer service. Said I need to send it in for repair. Having mobilty problems I can't get to the post office. They will send an email with the sticker details...I don't have a printer. "Can't anyone help you with it ?" I asked if someone can pick it up..."no". It's too much of a hassle for me. It's not a cheap machine and I would expect more than a year out of it. Don't buy it!!

After struggling with a previous model that had a portafilter and a rear water tank we switched to this far less messy, BRILLIANT machine that churns out our personalised coffees to perfection, cup after cup.We wanted a repeatable coffee without having to adjust the grind each time we changed our coffee beans and then had to worry about puck moisture etc, etc. If you have a machine with a portafilter you will know what I mean.Also the water access was an issue for my wife as her shoulder is stuffed. This one is at the front right. Easy access...So we watched all the youtube videos and read all the blurb, set up our mybrew options (tailored to suit coffee in other words) and then took up the virtual demonstration option with a Delonghi coffee expert. His name is Michael and he is a Barista par excellence. This was the icing on the cake.Now SWKE (She Who Knows Everything) wants one in our other home too...and I agree. Cant fault itVERY Happy Customers here...

The Delonghi Magnifica Plus is the best one I've tried, way better than the Evo, and totally worth it.

I was so excited about this coffee machine but then what I got is not working. Watched all and followed the possible trouble shooting but didn’t worked. So frustrated. I wanted De’ Longi to change it with a coffee machine that’s working but they don’t have that option instead refund and buy again. So hassle.

It makes a good coffee but not with milk, the milk is not hot at all and no way to adjust the milk temperature as it’s fully automatic.
