Purchased for MMA training and they work well and are good quality.

Quite hard
I was on the cusp of the 2 sizes so got the Medium, probably should have gone for the large.Comfortable fit and great for bag work.I wouldn’t use these for sparring though as the padding is quite solid and even a light tap can hurt.
