I ordered these KMF custom window shades for my 2017 Honda CRV. I live in a hot, sunny climate. I thought these would be great not only for additional sunscreen but also as fresh air/bug screens when the air temps are nice. I was surprised that the actual wireframe of each screen is entirely magnetized, so wherever there's metal around the inside of the car window, it just sticks in place. It also came with some adhesive velcro and adhesive frame clips for added attachment points above and beyond the magnetic frame. If driving with the windows down at higher speeds, you would probably want to install the added clips/velcro. But for being parked/camping, the magnetic hold is just fine. They fit well (custom fit) and do not impede vision looking out. They fold up and store in a pouch. The only downside of having them on full-time is that you can't roll down the window at a drive-thru (like you can with just window tint film). But then, window tint doesn't let air in while keeping bugs out! This is a nice accessory for my vehicle and can be stored under a seat or even a seat gap when not in use. I think these things are great!

These fit our 2020 Nissan Rogue pretty well. The magnets could be better. It came with little plastic pieces that I think are clips but there is absolutely no explanation on what they actually are or how to use them.

See the photo for an example of where the gaps are on a 2019 Honda CRV. If you can find one fitted to a 2019 I’d get that one, otherwise this is close.

This saved me a lot of money on window tint and they were easy to install.

A big upgrade over the flimsy, irritating, oval-shaped ones my wife has used for years in her 2017 Honda CR-V. Those don't really fit any window shape, come loose after several uses, don't fold up, either at all or not very well, you can't open a window with those in place, and are frequently in the way. But, she kept buying them over and over, as we were not aware of any other option.Well, these window shades from KMF are not only an option, they are the real deal, and make those other shades look even crappier than they are. These go up easy, fit near perfect, fold up and store in the provided case.You can open a window without any problem as they adhere to the frame around the window, not the window itself.The shade set comes with, as described on its Amazon product page, "... some buckle and velcro in the package. You can insert it into the gap in the window to further secure it when you need." Not really sure what that means, but did not use those items, as the shades fit without any issue.The sun is blocked, the view from inside to out is clear, and the view from outside to inside is blocked, so the privacy feature also works.Now, I have to see if they make these for a 2017 Honda Fit ...

so glad i found these mazda cx5 magnetic window shades that are foldable. our cx5 do not have tints on it. and i like it that way. however, with the scourging summer heat that hits triple digits; the sun’s rays can be brutal while driving specially those long drives. these magnetic shades are a huge help. it blocks the heat and the harmful UV rays! will be leaving them on the windows this summer specially when parked. anything that helps not be in hell is always appreciated!!

The window screens are very easy to use. Take them out of the case, unfold them and press them into the window.They do not fit exactly but they stay in place and sufficiently cover each window.I drove around to test them and they do block the sun while allowing you to see out. I opened the windows about an inch and the screens stayed in place. I would not recommend opening the window further without removing the the screen.They have a small case that they fold into. It can then be stored under the seat or some place convenient to access them when needed.Also, you cannot see much when looking into the SUV so you have privacy while driving.Overall, an easy decent solution to keep the sun out of the vehicle.
