Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was such a great buy! It syncs with an app so you can control it from your phone. You can control the intensity, vibrations, and the heat! It feels amazing- my spouse and I sometimes fight over it and I am considering buying a second one. The band is comfortable too. I would highly recommend this massager for anyone with mid to lower back pain. This product is well built, and feels as if it will last a long time. The percussion heads are surprisingly powerful for their size, but this will not substitute for a deep tissue massage or good old-fashioned back rub. All of the images advertising show this being worn outside of clothing, but the instructions state that it needs to be touching the skin and the skin is not to be excessively dry. One of the Control features on the app appears to create electrical impulses very similar to a TENS unit (so if the contact isn’t correct, it can create a mild stinging sensation). Which is why I believe it needs to touch the skin directly, but is strangely is not advertised anywhere (TENS Feature), and I suppose that is the only thing that’s a little concerning to me. The heat feature on the lowest setting is surprisingly hot to me. My only reservation with this is that it requires a phone app to use. Although it will replay the last setting on power-up, as soon as this app is no longer supported, it could brick the unit.

It is good, I love it, make my back feel much comforable.

I’m little impressed with this massager. I was dealing with some back pain, and after just two days of using it, the discomfort significantly improved. There are a couple of downsides, though. The battery life isn’t great — it lasts about an hour before needing a recharge. Also, you have to download their app to adjust the intensity levels. While the app works fine, it would have been much more convenient to control everything directly on the device.

THIS BACK MASSAGER IS PRICEY AND I DEBATED FOR A LONG TIME ABOUT THE COST BUT SO FAR I AM VERY GLAD I MOVED FORWARD WITH THE PURCHASE. IT DOES WORK UNBELIEVABLY WELL. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THAT YOU CANNOT REALLY USE THE UNIT WITHOUT THE APP, AND SINCE I AM NOT A FAN OF APPS ON MY PHONE I TRIED TO USE WITHOUT THE APP AND IT DOES NOT REALLY WORK. INSTALLING THE APP WAS A HUGE CHALLENGE AND VERY TIME CONSUMING BUT ONCE I WAS ABLE TO FINISH THE PROCESS IT WORKS REALLY GREAT. SO MUCH PATIENCE IS REQUIRED WITH THE PROCESS. BUT SO FAR WITH ONE DAY USE I LOVE IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Feels great and has a great range of massage and levels. BUT the product did not last long enough for the price. The left side of mine quit working in about 2.5 months. Very upsetting to only have 1 side working at a time. I love the idea of it but I can't use it anymore in less than 90 days.

It was a great product but you shouldn't use it if you have metal in your body. My husband has a lot of metal in his body. That is the only reason it was returned.
