Herschel Men's Little America Classic Backpack, Black/Black, One Size

This is by far my favorite backpack ever (and I've had a few). I am a law student, but I also work full-time. The option is to either 1) get a traditional back-pack, which makes you feel like you are in high school, or 2) resort to a more professional bag that tends to be less comfortable or hold less items. But with Hersherl's Little America Mid Volume bag, I get the comfort and ability to carry lots of items, without compromising my professional look. I CONSTANTLY receive compliments on this bag. The interior laptop section is lined with faux fur material that provides extra protection for your most expensive items. The bag also expands quite large to hold heavy books. There is a pocket to place your cellphone and string headphones through, but I am constantly looking at it that I use that space to place a travel-sized deodorant. In the other small pocket on the inside of the big pouch, I am able to fit a small bottle of tylenol in case I am not feeling well. The front of the bag has a another pocket which nicely fits my pencils, pens, highlighters, and any other small things you might need. The drawstring features cinches everything up nicely so that you feel secure, and then you lock it with the magentic clasps. I live in a big city and ride a metro system, so knowing my belongings are secure is of great importance. Especially, since the bag is on my back, you would feel if someone was trying to get into your bag. And the straps are nicely cushioned and really help to take the weight off of your shoulders and back. I am quite petite - 5'2 - and this bag is not overwhelming, but holds everything you would need. I was nervous whether the mid-size would be big enough, but I am glad I went with it. I've had this bag for well over a year now and it looks just as good as when I bought it. It has held up very well to the throwing on the floor, sliding across tables, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to friend, family, or anyone else. It was worth every penny!!

I've wanted a Herschel backpack for MONTHS and I ended up getting it for my boyfriend instead (what are the chances!?). I've done my research on Herschel's website (choosing the right backpack for your needs and sizing) as well as reading many reviews over many months on Amazon.com. Finally, this past summer, my boyfriend and I went to Nordstrom to SEE it in person, try it on, etc. My boyfriend was very skeptical of it, calling it cheap material, etc.. UNTIL he tried it on. He bikes to work so this is perfect to hold his things upright and safely store his lap top as well as being stylish and professional looking at the same time. I think it's a great fit and it looks good on him! However, for myself, I'm still holding off on it, because I'm more of a tote bag gal (we are teachers) and I do have a Herschel Market tote bag and a little Herschel wallet. I love it. I like the plain, simple designs of Herschel products and sometimes their nice bright pop of color and style. Can't go wrong. Although sometimes I spend too much time trying to justify the price. It hasn't let me down yet. Good thing about Amazon or Nordstrom is that they have great return policies! So just try it out, if it's good, keep it, if not return it.

My last backpack lasted 5 years, and it was time to get rid of it. The straps were worn, there was a hole at the bottom, and it was the zippers were getting caught. Got this as a gift from the girlfriend. Buy this if you love getting compliments from friends and strangers. I don't consider myself a hipster, but i'll take it as a compliment. There isn't as many compartments i would like, but i'm just used to my old backpack being that way. It's made laptop friendly, the inner materials feels incredibly soft! Padded back and straps. Very sturdy feel. This Herschel backpack seems large when on the ground, but when you put it on it looks fine. My suggestion is to tighten the brown leather straps all the way. The straps are held by strong magnets, so you don't have to worry about the zipper getting caught. I'd recommend getting this in black or the blue one. Slightly, on the expensive side but you won't regret it.

I'm wearing the bag high in this picture, but wanted everyone to get an idea of how big it is. I'm petite, 5'2", and that's how it fits when the straps are tight. I love the width and depth of this bag. I use it for a lot of purposes, but I often use it for my camera and camera gear. I bought it along with the Koolertron New Shockproof DSLR Camera Bag Insert and it fits just right! The inside is great as it has a protective laptop sleeve and a couple side pockets. Then, the front has another pocket as well. And, the color is amazing! Some people reviewed that the snaps are difficult or come off, but you just have to be careful with how hard you pull on the straps (just like anything else). This is my first Herschel purchase but it definitely won't be my last.

Massive backpack with pockets on the insides and the outsides. I think if this had a water bottle holder, it would be perfect. Otherwise, it fits my 14'' laptop very easily in the internal laptop sleeve and I can put lots of stuff in the front pocket. The material feels really quality, like the canvas feels tough and won't tear out that easily. The magnet clasps are alright, quick access, but the closing can be a little hit-and-miss, so you might end up just having the top flap ajar most times. Other than that, very comfortable on the back and strap is very adjustable.

Es una mochila grande. Con un apartado para el ordenador. Con dos bolsillos laterales interiores, para poner como mucho el móvil. El bolsillo exterior además de los cierres de las correas tiene una cremallera y dentro un asa con cierre (no sé muy bien su utilidad) Echo de menos un bolsillo grande interior, pero si no llevas el portátil todos los días puedes utilizar ese compartimento como bolsillo. El cierre de la mochila es por una cuerda además de la solapa con las correas que tienen imanes. La espalda es acolchada, las asas son cómodas de llevar y los ajustes para cambiar el tamaño muy cómodos y fáciles de utilizar. Para el uso que yo le quiero dar es ideal y muy bonita.

Bellissimo zaino, molto bello il colore Blu Navy, ottima la fattura e le cuciture. Le stringhe in cuoio danno un tocco in più e sono molto comode perché si chiudono tramite bottoni magnetici. L'interno, già molto capiente, comprende lo scomparto per il laptop, imbottito per attutire eventuali urti. Su entrambi i lati ci sono dei fori per far uscire le cuffie auricolari.
