Very handy and easy to use, can carry it easily, comfortable, no bad odor. Overall easy to use

The product is good but the Gel inside is low in quantity. It is comfortable while using and giving pain relief. but it's not durable product

Must have cold packs....my mom has swelling in ankles and feet after removal of bandages for fractures.....used these continuously three times a day...swelling reduced after a month.... Keep them in freezer and wrap around ankle and feet and hold for few minutes and repeat it whenever you feel swelling is increasing... Works well... Improves blood circulation and cracks on heels also healed probably because of good blood circulation... She likes these packs so much now even after recovery...she keeps using these for blood circulation and lymphatic drainage . The quality is also good.

This is a review after two years four months of very light usage. In the last couple of years it has probably been used 5-7 times in total, folks are likely not to get pain everywhere all the time. What has happened is that the gel has evaporated leaving a large amount of air despite mostly storing in cool dark place with ac on 16 hrs/ day. While I could not find any direct source of leak as pressing the pack does not exit the air, the gel is now 60-70% gone and it is pretty much useless. Please keep in mind that this will last probably a year or a bit more but not like a permanent thing.

This product is very bad, very thin and within 2 to 3 days jell come out from sides

Worth the money. I use it most of the days. Found it very useful.
