330LK Gas String Trimmer, Weed Eater Gas Powered, 970545002

Very happy with the Husqvarna 330LK string trimmer. Starts easily and does everything I ask it to do. I was surprised to find that the box did not include the star screwdriver tool to open the grease filler, or the guard.

I wished I could give it a ZERO rating. The lower shaft has a very small plastic piece to keep it locked in place. Within a week it has worn down to the point that the shaft rotates to the right while using it. Now I have a burn on my arm from the engine as to use the trimmer I had to rotate it , which placed the hot engine under my forearm. I had to order JB Weld so I can build up a ridge to prevent it from rotating. The design is horrible and the lower shaft is useless garbage, unless you want to have to rebuild a part that should have been done right in the first place. DO NOT BUY THIS TRIMMER.

So far i used about 2 hours run good easy start good on gas. I used other brand weed wacker this one has good power lighter some.. easy to re string spool. The only i don't care about is you half about half throttle be for lower end spins. I low rpm around tree and bush.

So... The head that comes on this thing is absolute garbage. One moment the bump feed function will work and the next it won't. One moment you can't get the line to extend and the next it is shooting out a bunch of line on its own. This shouldn't be the case at this price. However, once you go out and buy a good head and install it on this trimmer, everything seems to work pretty great. I've only used it for one very frustrating day so far so I cannot yet comment on its longevity or lack thereof.

I thought it took trimmer plus and Ryobi expanded attachments. But this is a higher quality item and takes a higher quality attachment. Which I wish I had known since I already own the other attachments. But otherwise I love the purchase

Not my favorite string trimmer but, it'll do what's intended. The attachment spot on the shaft keeps getting loose on me. Constantly tightening it or the head will end up sideways as I weed eat. Other than that, it's a powerful, decent trimmer

Why fight with crappy cheap weed Wacker. Put up a couple more bucks and get this baby and stop the nonsense and get the job done reliably.

DO NOT BUY THIS DESIGN!!! You will spend more time working in this piece if crap than you will using it. We have a five acre horse farm with over a mile of fencing. We trim it every other week. I have had two husqvarna trimmers in the past. Both lasted me over 7 years. Never had an issue with the old design. Amazing machines. This new head design to “save you time” is a piece of crap. Bought this in late September 2025. Used it four times last season and once this season. It now won’t engage and spin. The head is a piece of crap.
