Guittard is THE best chocolate brand. This cocoa powder is highest quality. Made the best ice cream!
Chefs say Guittard (not to be confused with Ghiradelli) is the best brand of quality cocoa products and this powder proves that. It is intensely rich in depth of chocolate flavor. I use it in ice cream recipes and baking.

The chocolate flavor is rich without being bitter. Just delicious! I use it to make low calories shakes with protein milk, ice cubes, Monkfruit and a scoop of the chocolate powder- put it in a blender and you have a delicious rich chocolate shake.

not as chocolaty as the Dutch process
Guittard makes another unsweetened cocoa that I would recommend over this. It's Dutch process, comes in a red can and is much tastier. This is good but I prefer the other.
