The product had a very thick texture and an unpleasant aftertaste that did not suit my taste preferences. The sweetener flavor lingered for quite a while, making it difficult for me to continue using the product. Because of this, I was unable to finish it and cannot confidently comment on its effectiveness.

However, the product is very expensive. Even at discounted price of ₹ 154, for 250 ml of Shake. There is a doubt about NO ADDED SUGAR, it may be possible that the company may be using Other Sweetner like Stevia Powder
