So far a great product. Fits seamlessly onto the Xbox one s controller. (Should be the same for at least the Xbox one x controller as well). Only complaint and really just a personal dislike, the batteries do have to have the weight of the controller in order to make it charge - meaning it has to be on a controller to charge, you cannot just let it rest by itself. Only annoys me because i have just one controller and rembering to charge the controller twice essentially so both batteries get charged is annoying sometimes. But dont let this deter you. For this more than kind price, you get a great looking charger that lights up with battery readiness, batteries that fit seamlessly and stylishly to your controller. Lets not forget the fast charge times in comparison to the more than generous battery life. I recommend.Update: After a few months I have to say im still very impressed. While the battery pack stays in my controller 24/7 and is always sitting on the charger while in use. The batery life has not decreased one bit. Still enjoying this product. And should the need arise for a 3 and 4 controllers, i will definitely be getting another set of these battery packs to go with it.

Yesterday, I received a package with the Xbox-one controller dock charger and I would like either a refund or an exchange. While trying to install one of the battery packs, I realized that the part that clips onto the actual controller is bent so one of the battery packs is loose on the controller. The back part of the actual dock always flashes red but once I put the controller in the front part it is a solid color. I have already contacted the company and will change my rating if they give me a working dock and battery. I really like the idea and design of the product, I just wanted it to work.EDIT: Company reached out to me and sent a new one that works perfectly! I would highly recommend this product!

So first I’d like to say this was purchased as a gift for my boyfriend. He legit had wires everywhere for charging his controllers. It was messy and annoying. I had purchased this one because of all the reviews. It was a great purchase. Super easy to use, his controllers charge quickly and it’s much more organized than all his wires. Lol

I'm late to the game, with my son just recently getting an Xbox, but I was getting tired of running through AA batteries. I saw a product like this at the big box electronics store but it was about $13 more expensive. Checked Amazon and they had a pretty big selection and I settled on this one. Is working perfectly so far and easy for my son to dock the controllers. Not sure about longevity, but very happy so far.

I immediately like the led lights up front that indicate the charging status of the batteries individually. The lights are independent of each other, meaning that if one battery finishes charging before the other, one light will be green and the other red. The supplies batteries fit snugly on the back of the controller and last on average 9-10 hours a piece so far before needing charging. Will need it’s own wall connector if not using it through a USB port somewhere. Overall nice product for the price.

My 2 year old somehow removed and hid the battery cover of my controller, so I had been keeping the batteries in place with tape. Decided to try this out when it was on sale during a lightning deal, and can't believe I didn't do it sooner.I like that the entire pack includes the cover, which solves my lost cover issue. Frankly if I still had the cover I would probably have opted for regular rechargeable batteries, so this was perfect. The base is designed to hold a controller, but since I only have one, I found that I can position the extra pack on the terminals and it will charge on it's own. It's not the most secure of setups as the pack will fall off if the base is jostled, but it also charges pretty quickly so it's a minor issue. This allows me to use one pack while the other is charging, and swap them out as needed. I also felt like I was going through AA batteries pretty quickly, so being able to re-use batteries has been nice. I do wish the capacities were a little larger as I find I'm having to swap packs every few nights (2-3 hours of gaming per night), but for the price point and lost cover solution, this was money well spent.

In short, the charger broke down in a week of use, one of the charging dots remained without charge effect and the LED indicator shows the red color without any controller connected to it. I contact support and they told me that it is a broken device and they would send me another new one or they would give me a refund. The refund was already made so I am happy about that, they know how to treat their buyers, they were very attentive.The charger has a good portable design and can be easily used installing from any USB port of the Xbox One or adapter of your convenience. It seems like a fragile device but it does its job. Battery life is very good and you can spend around 10 hours playing without any problem.

I bought this product to save money on batteries for the Xbox One controllers. The battend packs went in easy and fit the controllers perfectly and snugly. The charger was very easy to set up. The controllers clicked into place easily. The indicator lights on the charger really great for my kids to see that they put the controller into place correctly. It also let's my kids know that the batteries are done charging. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase of this item. I feel like I got a very food deal.

I only recently realized just how many batteries I've been using over the last few months. I bought this charger and it's been suuuper useful. I especially like that it has two sets of batteries. That way I alternate and always have one ready.Would recommend it.Btw, one thing that wasn't clear to me: The charger does not come with an outlet cable, instead it's an USB one which means you'll most likely plug it into your Xbox directly.

Charges quickly with lights to indicate charging/fully charged. Ideal for keeping two controllers charged up and ready for play.

So the product does what it says and works for all Xbox type controllers, however, I only have one series X and 1 one X controller so when one dies, I tend to swap the batteries. Not the easiest thing to do mid game. And the battery connection pokes out the top out the back unlike my previous one which had the contacts on the back of the controller. Apart from that, they last between 4 to 6 hours, and charge within 1 - 2 hours. Standard for most battery packs. Does the job
