Pan worked wonderful in my Ooni oven definitely would recommend it

This is good for pan, Detroit, and Sicilian style pizzas, and the lid is great for protection the top of the pizza from the overhead flames in the Ooni for longer cooks.

I'm planning to utilize this evening for some cooking. However, I find myself somewhat disappointed with the limitations of the pan's heat resistance despite having an oven capable of reaching 950 degrees. I had expected the pan to match the oven's capabilities. Ideally, I had hoped for a cast iron pan, given my positive experiences cooking steaks with Lodge cast iron skillets in the past. They consistently yielded fast and perfect results. A positive note is I do like the size of the pan. The size is perfect for 2 people.

As this is a present for my son for Christmas I can’t say a lot about it! Looks good quality and I hope he likes it!

Excellent do not bother with cheaper ones

Does what it needs to, sturdy and good quality. Other options are available for the same thing that doesn’t say “ooni”

Nice-looking and perfectly-sized pan for focaccia et al. but do not get it wet under any circumstances, it will instantly and horribly rust. Do not even think about putting it in the dishwasher. I was only able to use it once before it rusted, sadly. It worked well but cleaning it afterwards is a pain if you cannot put it in the dishwasher. They should really make it dishwasher-safe, otherwise it is really impractical and takes too much time to clean by hand.

It's solid, the lid is a useful feature. It's pretty small and rather expensive. But it does what I expected of it ok. I think you could certainly go cheaper but maybe the metal would be thinner, but if you want a small detroit style pizza pan and don't mind paying the premium for the name, then it's ok
