A good speedball at a fair price. I’ve had this item for about 6-weeks now and it’s working well. It is still in good condition after almost daily use (about 20-minutes per day). It was easy to put together and install. I would have given 5 stars but the ball does need to be pumped up every few days; although this only takes a few seconds tbh. Worth the money and would buy again!

I've seen double-end bags priced anywhere from 30-200 euros so I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this since it came to about 25 euros. I've been using it several times a week for several weeks now and I can't believe how durable it is and how useful it's been, especially for the price! After many hours of heavy use it still looks brand new!I haven't tried more expensive products so I'm not sure what you get by spending more, but I can say that for 25 euros this is a worthwhile and cost-effective investment for anyone who is training for boxing. This is an essential piece of training and at this price I would recommend anyone to start here before spending more for other products.

The media could not be loaded. Brilliant bit of kit! Easy to install and ultra effective for training timing and precision on your punches. I train daily on this and a floor standing heavy bag and my technique improves with every session.I had an issue with a manufacturing defect with the first kit I received, but i contacted AQF Sports direct who sent me a brand new kit within a day or two. Excellent service and great VFM product. Once I wear this one out I'll 100% replace it with the same one

It was great for a month or so, but somehow it got a small puncture in it. Worth noting that its impossible to fix once it has a puncture. The leather outer is entirely sealed and you cant access to replace with a new inner tube/bag. Which pretty much makes this useless in the long run.

This is a nicely made product with a couple of issues that I think need addressing to make it a five star product.Firstly for price and manufacture quality I would give it 5 stars.What let’s it down is that it didn’t specify well enough that you need a pump to inflate it. I didn’t have a pump which was a little annoying because it meant I had to wait another couple of days to use it.Also the S clips. They’re rubbish. I instead had to buy some karabiners as the S hooks don’t hold the bag when you are punching it. I realise a speed bag isn’t for leathering the hell out of it but sometimes one does get carried away and in the moment, at which point the bands slip off the S hooks and it goes flying to pieces. I still have yet to find one of the S hooks, rendering it useless.I’m not too sure but also I didn’t see (it maybe was included) a guide to how high you should have the bands fixed. It was a trial and error job with me, and still I don’t think I have it set right. Just a bit annoying that’s all.But if you know someone who has these and knows the set up then I’m sure it’s a great product.

I bought a York double end bag first; it lasted a week and fell apart after it had 3 punctures.I ordered this one after the reviews and it’s very well put together. It has lasted so far, it looks solid , and the bungees it comes with are for beginners so no complaints there, just add more bungees ( cheap to buy ) if you want the ball to return faster as you get better which I have done as I’m used to double end bags, overall it’s fantastic and of very good build quality; wish I bought this before the York brand, York have gone right downhill over the years.It’s helped with my coordination and reflex’s no end, love the work out it gives you, both mentally and physically, so happy!. Got delivered in two working days too, so can’t fault Amazon.Update: without a shadow of a doubt , on having used this over a month it’s amazing, so well put together you’d think it was an ‘everlast’ ball, love it so much and really has sharpened my combinations, speed and reactions, not needed to pump it up once!.

This is great for practising your timing and reaction times, but make sure you have the space to use it, ideally mount it to something heavy on the floor so it doesn’t move around
