Poor Quality and Zero Customer Service
DO NOT spend your money on this product! I tried to voice my disappointment behind the scenes by writing the seller directly, however, did not receive the courtesy of a response! I ordered on AMAZON, on February 27, 2025 and the pad worked for a little over a month and totally quit working! This product is made in China and is a piece of trash, not to mention customer service is definitely not a part of their Company Motto.I’m contacting AMAZON directly because this company should be removed as a seller on their site because they inadvertently, make Amazon look bad!

Works well
It works well. Only use 2x week. It's not as strong a pulse as my last brand one, but that one quit after a few months. Hope this one does better. Legs and feet feel much better.

Unable to charge
Ordered this product twice. The charger and user manual were missing.Returned item for replacement, giving benefit that perhaps those items were missed being put in package.Replacement product sent and again did not have all items in the package.Charger and user manual both missing, again. Cannot use product.

works great
This is my second foot massager but from a different company from the first one. Hoping this new one last longer the my other one which quit working after only a few months. Only have it a few days but so far it works great and feel great too.

Disappointed
I guess it's true you pay for what you get, so the foot mat does not work. I only feel a light chock on my right heel, and that is on the highest level in all modes now the smaller one does have power. But only to be used on my knees, hand, neck, and back area. No other area I feel it. I tried to put it on my foot, the top part of my ankle, and I felt nothing.
