This doesn't have a ton of compression, but overall I'm still very happy with it. I didn't get it for the compression, I got it to have more "athleisure" options. I am very glad I got it in black because I feel like it is more versatile for my style. Already looking forward to the warmer weather again so I can wear this on a weekly basis. I am "that" mom that lives in athleisure wear, and this adds enough versatility and flair to my otherwise pretty "basic" wardrobe.

This holds and fits so great I wish I could wear it everywhere. Unfortunately without a great solution for going to the bathroom it's not realistic for long wear unless you are okay with having to take off the whole thing (jumpsuit rules basically)

This dress looks cute and likes some tennis dress, it has built in shorts with pockets. The quality and seams are also good. The dress suitable for casual wear for walking, shopping or for some sport activities such as tennis and golf. The hidden pockets of the shorts allow to keep important belongings. The shorts are stretchy and comfortable to wear.The lower cut square neck design looks a bit sexy, but the cap sleeve may balance the sexy look. Moreover, with the shorts inside the dress, the bloating can be hidden and held under the dress. Give a better body shape.

I had been hopeful for this dress. My most successful athletic dresses have two layers: the inner layer is typically pretty tight with good tummy control and the outer layer has some flare and conceals the heavy lifting underneath it for a great silhouette.This dress fails to achieve that. The amount of tummy control isn't as high as advertised, and I look like a bloated grape. It looks a little better when I suck in, but that's frankly unsustainable. The dress looks almost decent underneath a white corset; but that's not really a good solution for regular wear, not is it reasonable for an athletic style dress to be used during activity.The material is very thin. One can see my undergarments through it clearly. I imagine if it got wet in a workout situation it would be even worse. I also don't care for the construction. The best dresses don't have seams all over the front, and especially do not have one at the waist. There were much better ways to make this dress to make it more flattering; and this one falls pretty flat. I very much doubt I'll ever wear it, which is a shame because I like the sleeves and square cut.

This dress is so soft, and it fits just as expected! The seams are well-sewn and strong. The built-in shorts and pockets made this my new favorite dress! I believe this dress is going to last me for a long time. If you like the style, you should buy this dress! I love it and I get a ton of compliments on it all of the time!

My new favorite athletic style dress! How freaking cute is this!! I love the cap sleeves and square neckline. It's comfortable and flattering. I got it in the black color so I wouldn't have to worry about undergarments showing. Fits TTS.

This dress exceeded expectations. It looks really good on an athletic(ish) body. It stretches in all the right places, stays put where it should, has the built in shorts for modesty, and cooperates with sports bras (although sports bra straps are likely to show because the wide squared off top).

This was really comfortable but did ride up as I wore it and I’d have to pull the dress part down. The pockets are awesome and I love the built in short except at potty time 😅 it is short so be aware of that. I also don’t think for my thick thigh girlies this would be great for working out because the shorts are quite short.
