Nurovive is very effective but very expensive.
Nurovive made an immediate improvement in my sleep. The only draw back is the high cost.

I love this for sleep but it is causing me diarrhea every night after 3 hours of taking it. I wonder if this will go away?

I have only used it for a month and I do think it makes me relax and keeps my mind from racing all night. I just ran out and I ordered a new bottle yesterday. I really think it was helping

Didn’t work for me!
It didn’t work for me. I took it along with melatonin, Benadryl, and magnesium. You know what actually worked? A Myo-Inositol supplement. Amazon stopped selling the first bottle, which required me to take only 2 capsules. The latest Myo-Inositol supplement I have now requires me to take 4 capsules. I also add Ashwagandha drops under my tongue, and I find that I’m out within 30 minutes.

This is an excellent product! It helped me relax and to sleep. That is such a blessing, especially for us menopausal females.

Did not get close to l a full nights sleep at all.
I took these a few times thinking it was just me…. But each time, I had massive chest pains and when they finally went away… I did not sleep throughout the night. Maybe 3 hours at best.
