Debrett's Guide to Entertaining Etiquette Hardcover – March 14, 2013

I had really high hopes for this book considering it bears the Debrett's name. But disappointingly, just in the few pages I scanned, I have already found a typo. The table manners section, which I was most looking forward to, is limited to one short page. It covers brief table etiquette and I was looking for something more detailed than a glossing over some of the most important manners one could ever learn.My other pet peeve is a hardcover book without a dust cover. If this is a high-end book, from a highly respected company, I would expect a dust cover.The book covers many different scenarios for dining and entertaining which may be helpful, but very brief indeed.Overall, I am quite disappointed and will l enquire about returning the book.

Fantastic! A great addition to Debrett's Etiquette for Girls. Its all about what you know. Knowledge is priceless and a key to success.

well laid out book by season and special event. great to read and some handy tips. Lovely pieces on seasonal products.
