This is definitely a heavy duty swing. Wish the chains were coated all the way and easier to adjust length but otherwise great product.

This swing is really great. It has been used every single day since we received it.We've had major storms, lots of rain, heat, it is holding up very well & still looks exactly the same. It feels sturdy to sit in for both my kids & for adults. It doesn't feel flimsy at all, it feels like it was built to last.My only caveat is that the straps for hanging really didn't work well for us when used to attach the swing to a wood (squared off wood, as seen in the photos) frame. The issues were that the straps caused the swing to move in a sort of pulsing/non-smooth motion. It felt awkward & very noticeable to use, & it didn't swing well. After a couple days, we realized it wasn't going to last well & worried it would cause too much stress on the straps over time. So we swapped the straps out for more traditional metal swing hinges, which made all the difference. It swings very smoothly & feels like it will last for a very long time.I imagine if you are hanging the swings on a different type of frame, especially a metal/rounded frame, the straps may be a non-issue. They just didn't seem compatible with the wooden frame we had, but it was a very simple step to swap the straps for hinges.

I built a 10ft high swing set with 4 12ft 4x4 legs and a 10ft 6x6 beam. Turned out great. Super sturdy. My daughter picked yellow colour. Swings are heavy duty. Feels like they are made to last. I recommend these for sure.

As illustrated in the accompanying photo with a bright LED light behind it you can see that the metal is only attached to the plastic it would have been nice if the metal extended all the way from one end to the other even if it was only a few straps but the seat relies on only a plastic EVA material that may be susceptible to degradation from prolonged sun exposure.The specific composition is UVA plastic which is pretty resilient to UV rays and sun exposure.There is still a risk that it may dry out and become brittle over time, potentially leading to cracks or other structural issues.To mitigate these potential drawbacks, proactive maintenance and care are recommended. This includes periodically inspecting the swing for signs of wear and tear, as well as taking preventive measures such as removing the swing during periods of non-use.In summary, the NOSTIFY swing seat offers a balance of durability, comfort, and convenience. While it may have some weak points, particularly in the straps and seat material, these can be addressed with proper care and maintenance .
