Yummy Poha
Rani Thick Poha is just perfect as a snack, Thick poha was suggested to me by my meditation teacher & his wife from India. I was so glad to find it on amazon so I might easily order it. First soak about 1/2 to 3/4 cup.for a few minutes Then add yogurt or water with cinnamon and natural sweetener. It is yummy..

I love poha
I bought this product because I love poha, a traditional Indian breakfast dish made with flattened rice, spices, and vegetables. Not gluten free
The description says it is gluten free but when I revived the package then it says it might contain wheat. It is was the wastage of money and it is playing with the health of the people who are allergic to wheat. People should sue this company Now, they won’t even take it back
