What an amazing read. My heart hurts for both of them. Lex and Charlie. Love all the characters and boy could they drink !! I hate it when the girl always runs away. But I think I would do the same thing. Great story. Didn’t really care for how it bobbed back and forth but. I’m still reading.

Chasing Love by Kat T.Masen had me up all night reading, I need to know what was going to happen and I can’t wait to read book 2.

After watching a TikTok on this book I RAN to Amazon to get it.Let me start off by saying they story was there…well kinda. The concept is amazing! I loved the snippet we got from TikTok or I wouldn’t have downloaded it. But….***spoilers***Unfortunately it wasn’t all that I expected. I understand insta love is a trope… it when a character is wishy washy between the “love of her life” and the hunk she met at the gym who she “fell in love with and felt safe with in three months” it’s a different story. For one the time jump isn’t explained or told to you. You’re reading the book they’re on a date after meeting each other and the next thing you know he’s proposing 3 months later. Like no story in the middle or explanation what so ever..or maybe it’s just me who feels that way idk.Another thing I think could have been looked at by an editor/beta is how the dual POV was done. The jumping back and forth in time to explain the story wasn’t to bad…but you would literally have to read the same chapters over and over again and it felt a little redundant in some instances. Hence making me feel like it really could have been a stand-alone instead.Like I said the story is there I just think it needs to go through another round of editing/developing. I probably won’t read the conclusion though as I found myself skipping to much throughout the book.

I did not want to read this story, but those Tik Tok posts kept egging me on. I caved.I get the hype. The story is great, and the writing keeps you glued to the pages Kat, Alex and Charlotte are wonderful characters with one of the most complex love two people can have. First love, young love and forbidden love at its finest, but more than that, they have a soul mate, forever kind of love that for many is hard to obtain and even harder to sustain.To the potential readers, this book is a roller coaster just based on the main couple's relationship, but there is so much more going on here. For me, it's about the ability to handle a relationship, navigating through life as you love, and not losing yourself and who you are. The spice is steamy, and the tender moments are real. This book is filled with angst, heartbreak, funny moments and loving one. Enjoy.

So I saw tiktok and said, "Why not?" It sounds good. I was not expecting this! What an amazing book so far. I love everything, although Julian is kind of forgotten throughout the book. I can't wait to finish the story! I feel I may end up crying.

This touched me in every which way. I cannot wait to read the sequel. Kat you have a new fan. I’m ready.

I didn’t think I would like a love triangle with cheating but I ate this story up. Now I really wanted a triangle that would be hard to pick who I would want her with. Julian is great and all but he just gave me weird vibes from the start you want to get engaged after 3 months you don’t even know her birthday! And he’s constantly traveling for work so when Lex came back I’m like yes go with him. I think if her and Julian were together 3 years then yeah would have been a harder decision for me 🤷🏻‍♀️I loved her friends you they don’t judge and make me laugh so hard!!! Was this book supposed to be reverse harem??? Like wtf?? Nothing proposed at the sinopse was achieved, this isn’t dark or reverse harem. The plot was cliche and wasn’t well develop, the main characters are unbearable (Charlie is totally self centered) and Julian (who was supposed to be the other romantic interest) is totally ignored.

So the guy is married i did not know that the guy is married to someone else and in love, cheating his wife, with someone else 😩Not happy at all

This book was written well and the story line was good. I will read more from this author

It's that misunderstanding sort of love story, which seems like toxic and yet the writer's articulate-ness keeps you hooked up into reading more and more and If I was the male lead I would be hard related to these words: seeing how you have ample lovers around you, But i will not be one of them.. as of for this book will see for other parts as what happens..
