## Description

Abloy's High Security PL362 Padlock is a Grade 6 hardened steel body shrouded padlock with a hardened boron steel shackle and raised shoulders. Abloy's largest padlock and one of the most secure in the world, it also features a top loading lock cylinder for greater drill resistance. It is useful for many high security padlock installs and is extreme resistant cutting, grinding, prying and drilling.

## Features

- Super strong padlock for applications requiring extremely high impact safety such as shipping containers, railway wagons, trucks and heavy sliding doors. The shackle is protected with raised shoulders that make it virtually impossible to break the padlock with cutting or prying tools. Shackle height is 25 mm and diameter 15 mm. The padlock body is made of case-hardened steel and the shackle material is case-hardened boron steel. The surface treatment of the body and the shackle is bright chrome.

**Q: will this work on a penske truck latch?**
A: I do not think it would, the shank is too thick. It would not work on the Uhaul truck I rented, nor would it fit on the storage locker I intended it for. It will not work on most locking hasps. Pretty much a waste of money.

**Q: Would this lock work with the pewag 1/2 (13mm)?**
A: No . ABLOY PL342 will work with pewag 1/2 chain.

**Q: Will this fit an Abus Hasp 130? Looking for specific dimensions.**
A: No . The diameter of the hole of this hasp 13,3 mm. The diameter of the shackle of ABLOY PL362 is 16mm

**Q: Can it be ordered with extra keys?**
A: Yes. 37 USD per key

I use this for locking up bikes. It’s the best lock ever! You can take it on a bicycle (not too heavy) & it can’t be cut with 42” bolt cutters. I suggest buying a chain that can’t be cut .
