These are simple thrown down bases for practicing with younger kids. I'm not sure how they'll hold up against my older girls though. We have to share the field sometimes and use outfield for practice a couple nights a week and these help us run some fielding drills in the grass easily. They aren't thick enough to practice running or sliding at all really.

Nothing fancy, but this is exactly what I was looking to purchase for occasional baseball practice in the backyard or park with my kids. We've even used them inside the house for "indoor baseball practice". The description of this item is accurate. I was a bit worried the quality would be poor (such as the bases being thin), or the sizes of the bases being too small, but these are just as I expected and what I've been accustomed to over the years.If you want a good quality, portable set of bases, get this!

These are bright white rubber bases that can be plopped down for a quick pick up game of baseball, softball or kickball. The rubber could be a little thicker and heavier but for casual games these should work ok. The set includes a home plate, pitcher's plate, and three bases.The box indicates that a bag is in the box for storage but mine did not have one. The bases are just rolled up together inside the box. It's likely a translation issue as there are other typos on the packaging.In summation - not bad for casual backyard games but you'll probably want something heavier and thicker for team practices.

We have had to share the infield now for a few seasons in my daughters softball league so these are a great option when we weant to still run infield drills or do base running drills in the outfield. They are light weight and easy to transport and allow for exactly what we needed the for. Also good if you want to setup in a field for a game of kickball as well.

These bases are very nice. I love that you get all 5 positions. They're soft and pliable, which makes it easy to roll them up and store them away. They pack up small enough to be easy to take to ball practice. The product description mentions that they come in a sturdy box for storage, but the box isn't anything special. In fact, I find it a bit challenging to get all the bases rolled up tight enough to fit in the box. It's not easy sliding rubber over cardboard. So, don't count on the box being an added benefit for storage. Overall, the bases are worth the $21 price tag, and I'm happy with my order.
