The oil is very soothing when my gums are inflamed and the taste is really pleasant (peppermint), however you HAVE to shake the bottle before using or you get a burning sensation in your throat and lungs from the essential oils.

I have been wanting to get into oil pulling. I tried it with just raw coconut oil originally, but it was so gross. This specific bottle is a great buy if you want to test it out. It was cheap and small, so you aren't waisting much if you want to try it out. I personally loved it, compared to coconut oil. Works def but it’s hard if ur new to it since if ur gargling for 2-6 min ur gonna accidentally swallow a little and if u do ur stomach will hurt like crazy for a few hours the next day

Kind of tastes bad ngl, but my mouth feels so much fresher. I didnt see any difference in my teeth whiteness, but i think i have to be consistent which makes sense.
