As far as price, I don’t think you’ll find a cheaper alternative. It’s a generic version of Unisom, and more affordable. The pills are very tiny and are basically tasteless.

These sleep aids definitely knock you out. Get a good night sleep however they make you feel extremely groggy in the morning.

This is an amazing product. Works wonders, is non addictive and allows for a great night’s sleep. Just need to take it early enough to get at least 8 hours worth of sleep. If i You’re waking up groggy, take half a pill. It’s been a life saver for me.

Not very pleasant tasting but is good for helping you fall asleep. Does cause morning grogginess.
