these pillows are the real thing been using them for two months and decided to buy more, they come compressed in plastic bags and when you open them the pillows immediately start to rise, i left them 4hours and they were fully up, hefty quality and the first time i used one to sleep on was brilliant a good night sleep no neck ache and you leave the pillows and they magically rise again, highly recommend these.

The pillow definitely didn't arrive vacuum packed. It's quite lumpy, despite my best efforts to squish it into shape. I agree with some other customers that the pillow does feel a little high. However, the firmness is perfect. After a few weeks of using it, I've had average sleep, so for the price, I'd say you get what you pay for.

These pillows where not the cheapest, but are really good quality. The memory foam is thick and comfortable, with it being memory foam I can get it to fit in the space between my chin and shoulder. A quick plump up is all it takes to have a good night's sleep
