Nice , smooth operation and very sturdy. Assembly was fairly easy, no issues. The only negatives, you have to work one exercise sequence at a time due to the process of switching between curls and extensions; changing weights is a little awkward when doing curls because you are basically locked in place. Size wise, the unit has a lot of adjustability, but barely fits my 6’ frame.
