This was a refurbished computer. Everything seemed to work except some of the keys. I worked on computers and keyboards way back when I was in the Navy. It acted like the contacts of some of the keys were dirty. They would work sometimes but sometimes you would have to hit it multiple times and/or extra hard to make them work. I think it is a problem with this particular computer. I am returning this one but will probably buy another refurbished one.

The only thing wrong with it is some of the keys don’t work very well unless I press hard down. Other than that it works pretty well

I bought this Macbook Pro at a great price. After receiving it and setting it up, the laptop didn't turn back on and I contacted the seller for a return. The seller was very good at providing everything I was going to need for the return process. Although I had to return the laptop, I was happy with the fact that the seller was very good making sure I had everything I needed including the return process.

Delivered early and in good shape!

Took a while to get to me, shipping to USA from UAE. Ordered an “Excellent” condition MacBook Pro, not a scratch to be found. Even the Apple is in pristine condition. It does have a sharpie like smell to it, probably just from shipping. May update later.

This is a super-high quality laptop, it arrived looking spotless and the screen is brilliant, and it looks like it could have been brand new. The only issue is that the battery is a little less than perfect, it lasts about 4 hours at max with normal browsing activity. When purchasing a computer, many people ask the question: "Can it run Minecraft?" Well, this computer can run Minecraft, and very well at that, with around 60 fps average. However, do not expect to be able to play Minecraft on battery life, because the battery will only last around an hour and a half and the fans start blowing like crazy and it gets all hot.Also, the first day I had the computer, the smaller part of the charger wall port broke and I messaged the seller and they eventually sent me a new one. But this one also broke eventually, so I guess the AC adaptors from this year are kind of low quality. So I got an older AC adaptor and it works like a charm and is a lot more high quality.Overall this is a very good laptop and is well worth the money. People always think I am rich now when they see me with this computer even though it was only $650.

I love this computer so much!! The computer is in perfect condition, looks pretty brand new. No scratches at all, only thing is the letter L doesn’t work unless i press it hard & some other letters repeat sometimes. So im going to take it to get that fixed & if they can’t fix it. I will return the laptop which i hope i don’t have to do because i really love this macbook.

The laptop came, looked in good condition but the battery life was awful!! Would drain 20% in less than 5 mins. Still in the process of getting my refund. Sent the item back and sent a message to them saying the item was delivered, they denied but I had proof so i opened a claim with Amazon a-z! They then sent a message saying why did I open a claim, confirmed they had received the item but wouldn’t refund me till I closed the claim. Fraudulent! Do not use them - even their google reviews are shocking

Amazing! I got a brand new MacBook, only came with 3 cycles on the battery and not a single scratch or scuff. 10/10 would recommend

Vino en perfecto estado y con menos de 50 cargas de batería. Me encanta, solo recomiendo comprar el cargador original para que dure más, pero increíble para ser reacondicionada, gracias!

Dejó de funcionar a los 3 meses.Se llevó a un diagnóstico con Apple y resulta que el equipo tiene residuos de líquidos, las cubiertas no son las originales por lo tanto no tiene número de serie.No recomiendo comprar artículos reconstruidos lo barato sale caro.Duró menos de 3 meses y ya no tiene reparación.

This product was not refurbished correctly. A warning message about replacing battery as soon as I charged It came on. Spoke with Apple and they suggested returning it or purchasing a new battery for about $200I only had it for one day, so back it went. Now just waiting for my refund, one day to take my money, almost a week now since the return and no refund yet
