House Stark Stationary Set (Game of Thrones Stationery) by Insight Editions (2015-10-07)

Pretty good stationary set, no complaints at all. If you're a fan of the Starks, you're gonna love it regardless. Still trying to figure where to put it to good use. I made copies of the original notepad papers. The small stamper..need to figure what type of ink is more suitable for the Dire Wolf to stand out.

The wax stamp, journal and wax sticks are terrific. The paper weight is a nice size and will do its purpose well, though mine was damaged and missing paint. The stamp is smaller than the standard 25 mm you’d see in stand alone wax sealing kits.The envelopes and paper, feel very slick and cheap. However for the price of the set, You shouldn’t expect the stationery to be high quality. With the other main components of the set being much nicer than expected, it all balances out.

I bought this purely for the novelty, anyone who writes with fountain pens knows it's hard to find good paper that doesn't feather or bleed through the pages. When you do find good paper in a journal it's usually quite pricey; so for the price of this set I didn't expect much, I figured I would use a regular rollerball pen. First thing out of the box I figured I would test it out and discovered the quality was very impressive. I've had no issues using my fountain pen inks with the paper.

This is a awesome little set here I'm really surprised I'm the first person to review it, so for anyone on the fence about getting this set it's really nice. the notebook is real leather bound smells so good like real leather does. The collectors case that it comes in is really nice, really well made it's got some weight to it and the wax sticks and the little Stamper are awesome they make really good marks super cool they stay on their good and seals letters up real tight with a cool looking house symbol definitely awesome set, and it looks good in my collection with my valerian steel swords, Game of Thrones monopoly, all hardback books, all Blu ray sets, my 3d puzzle, ect ect

I have been coveting this stationery set for quite sometime, and when I found it on Amazon for half the price they were going for at a ThinkGeek brick-and-mortar, it was a no brainer. (Sorry Think Geek - still love your store, though!)Everything in the set is well made. My only issue is going to be rationing the lovely paper and obtaining and training a raven to send my letters. Which is no fault on their part.LOVE this.

I got this and the Lannister set for my nieces who are big GoT fans. The presentation box is very nice and exactly as described. I don't think I'd buy it for myself, but as a gift it's great.

The box arrived on time and with everything...except for the stamp with the house sigil. Somehow I ended up with a Hogwarts stamp instead of the Stark house sigil (the direwolf). As I already have written a letter and used the stamp before I realized the error, I'm not going to return this set, but I'm disappointed with the mismatch.

This was bought as a gift. The actual wax stamp was a bit cheap but I really liked the other stationary items.

Purchased for my sister for Christmas, I became instantly jealous when it arrived and I checked it all out before wrapping it up and placing it under the tree. I know she'll love it and I too will be ordering one for myself after the holidays.

Love this!! Havent used it but looked at everything and absolutely love it! If your a fan of House Stark or know someone who is this will be a great gift! Delivery took about 2 weeks(ish) but well worth it, packaged well no damage to outer box!
