This stuff is much more concentrated than other cheaper shilajit brands. Higher quality, higher strength. The taste is not great but shilajit is not meant to taste good. Some others I have tried taste much better but that is because it has some type of sweetener added?? The cheap ones taste and smell like cooked sugar

Ive been taking this stuff for about 2 and half months now and I love it. I used to get really bad anxiety driving to work and I used to hide it my bedroom all weekend and just watch TV in the dark. Now I just want to go places and ride around be out in the sun. I dont feel like everyone is staring at me all the time and even if they did I dont care anymore. My stresslevel has went down a lot. Im not going to say I dont have bad days but they are a lot fewer now then before. I dont get that overwhelmed feeling where I want to flip out anymore which used to be like 6 times a day. Im partially autistic and its helped me manage that better as well. I got a better job and everything. I really believe it was from taking this. I didnt notice the difference until about 30 days in ans I probably took more then I was suppose to but whatever its working. I even got some the honey sticks for when im at work might be all in ky head but I feel like it helps me focus. I usually dont buy Tikytoky BS but this one was diff and was worth a try. Ill try anything on amazon. I love the little kit they give you as well. It's cheap enough to get thr 2 pack deal and try it for 2 months. I mix mine with hot water and then I use strawberry lemonade packets in a separate water bottle and mix them to cool the shilajit and hot water down to drink and it mask the flavor pretty well.

The product itself seems to be good. I don’t have a lab to test it by any means. But the spoon… it’s a cute idea, but whatever coating is coming off in my tea, I don’t want that in my body. Just use wood! Keep it pure and from the earth, or keep it a solid metal that won’t release toxicity into my body. Thx.
