I really like this leather journal notebook, and yes it is thick. Great for taking notes, or keeping a journal. I use it for my daily Bible study journal. Beautiful color

If you’re look a thick journal and don’t care about the pages being lined, this is a great option. The pages are thick enough to use most gel pens. I do recommend using the last page as a test page for some pens though.I take this book with me almost everywhere and use it as my journal.The one negative thing about this journal is the binding is separating from the cover, but at the price I paid for it, it’s not a big deal to me. I could most likely glue it if it gets bad. I keep mine in a little book cover to help protect it.

This is a nice sized journal and I like the paper. The binding is a bit weak on the spine, as others have mentioned. I find the quote on the cover strange and would prefer it not be there since it doesnt make sense, but all in all, a decent journal. I dont think Id give it as a gift to anyone, but it serves my needs just fine.

I LOVE THIS! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️It arrived today & I immediately had to purchase another!It’s a perfect small size, approx 5x7 in, but not too small, it’s thick wth a lot of blank pages & hardcover.Did I mention that it’s ridiculously cute too?! It is...it looks like your own, personal mini-bible. The gilded edges, 2 ribbon bookmarks, & hardcover make it look more expensive than it actually is! I LOVE IT....I’ll prob end up getting several more.So definitely worth the $.My only wish...is if it came in more colors...that’s it.It’s perfect. U won’t be disappointed! Thanks so much!

So like other reviews on here have stated, the binding on this thing was ripped from the jump.Now for most people I reckon that this is a deal-breaker, and rightfully so. If you're looking for a perfect journal, you're rolling the dice buying this one. Amazon seems to have trouble with binding on books for some reason. That's why I've deducted stars.If you're like me and don't give a damn about imperfections, a little duct tape between the first page and inside of the front cover will fix that binding issue for ya. Once you've fixed it, this thing is a great little journal! Lots of pages that accept ink VERY well (I use brush pens an alcohol markers. They never bleed all the way through! If you're using just ink, you can use both sides of the pages).Roll the dice on this thing. For the price, it's worth it. If you're looking for a risk-free purchase, look elsewhere.Also the paragraph on the front is missing a word, but eh

Wow!!! This is perfect for what I need...Also it's alot nice then the picture. For the price is worth it. I had always looked for something like this but!! either it was to small or large... lines in pages and heavy. This has a hard coverSo pretty when book is close you could see the gold trim on the pages. It beautiful to as a gift for any occasion.

I found my book to be exactly as described. I took my time to gently bend the book so it wouldn't crack and it opens fine. The poem on the front is funny, just a couple of missed words but really who cares? It's a nice book for the money and I'll just cover the poem with a sticker most likely. Overall, I'm very happy.
