I am so excited for spring to use my new soil blocker! It is going to make putting together seed starters so much faster and easier. It is solid and feels like it will hold up to years of working with the soil.

I am beyond excited to start using this soil blocker to start my garden. It came quickly and took about 8 second to assemble. Very clear instructions- great product!!

"Installation Steps" arrived on a crumpled piece of 3 x4 paper. It didn't show how to "buckle the "board," and the 1"x 1" inch photo was too small to be useful, so I had to go online to see what it was supposed to look like. No mention was made of the seed pins. It would have been nice to have installed them before I attached the handle. It was difficult for me to push them in and then do it straight with the unit assembled. Took longer than it should have.

Due to winter in Michigan, I haven’t had the chance to use this soil blocker yet, but I’m so excited to try it out! It’s such a clever idea and will save so much time. Perfect for creating starter blocks for planting!

This soil blocker is so easy to use and works great! Just get the soil wet, press and squeeze it out. I love that it comes with multiple seed pins for different depths, too.

This seems like a heavy duty product at a good price. Quick delivery. Anxious to start using it

I would definitely buy this again! It’s great to have an option that isn’t $200!! Not the most “comfortable” to use, but I haven’t used one this size that is so that’s not a negative to me.

I started many seeds with both the soil blocker and regular cells. The seeds germinated much better in the cells. The soil blocker turns the soil into a hard brick which the seeds have trouble breaking through. If you water to much (enough to keep the soil moist and soft) the blocks fall alert. If you do manage to get plants to grow in them when you go to up pot then you have to do them all because you expose the roots of the neighboring plant when you separate them.Also the thing has sharp edges and sliced my hand open pretty good. If you use it I would suggest thick gloves.
