Are these padlocks sold separately? I only need the padlock not the whole thing.

I would say it comes as a pack. I guess you need to replace the existing? Try a local hardware or security stockist, the type that's sales alarms, window handles, I'm sure Amazon will have something in store. Best of luck hope this is of help
