Works great, now I can ice skate on my tile in my socks.
SLIPPERY.... This works ... almost too good. I put it on my back hall encaustic cement tile and now I can barely walk in my socks without slipping. That is some serious slippery. If that's what you want. I didn't.

Not safe due to how slippery surface becomes
Easy to apply and surface looks good despite being a little streaky in some areas. However, it is unbelievably slippery now, even barefoot. Socks? Forget about. Buy something else. Currently looking for some sort of anti slip treatment I can top coat this with.

Smell
I was spraying on my landscaping rocks to make them look wet and protect from weather but I thought the smell would kill me. Please don’t use this product without a gas mask . However, it did enhance the look of the rocks.
