It has 105 cal so I think that’s 1tsp. To me it’s not that sweet

I’m not sure but I must say that I didn’t like the last pack I purchased as much as the previous one. I just didn’t think about it too much.

When I purchased, it was fresh and very tasty and the expiration date on the box was 02/2020, and that was purchased in summer 2019.
