what's the weight capacity?

I use a carabiner on the plastic then the attach that carabiner to the carabiner on my machines. I don’t know it’s max but I’ve used it with at least 120 lbs. it’s very sturdy. I can test it for more.

Work exactly as expected

I use these on my power rack for parallel grip chins. Are extremely durable and do the job perfectly. Especially like the paddle part at the bottom which I can press my palms into.
