bought this as a speedo for my motorcycle. I have a USB charger wired to by battery that powers it. I tested it in my vehicle out the box and it required no calibration. Had a went the proper avenue of wiring in a speedo at my local shop it would've ran me at least $600.Has great visibility day and night.. Will add video later.

works great its a little off only by 2 mph but that doesnt really bother me

i wear bifocals, so iwanted a heads up display to keep my eyes on the road. not having to look down at the odometer to ck my speed. i drive an electric car and have found that sometimes i get going too fast for the limit(my car is so smooth). i use ‘one pedal’ driving.easy to set up. plenty accurate. the wire doesnt look too intrusive. just what i wanted…

I wanted to like this and was willing to wait a bit but after 7 minutes…. Nothing!! I stopped taking pics at 4 minutes. I have the windshield display one that picks up satellites immediately but don’t like double vision at nights so I bought this one which don’t work. I hope others have better luck.

Using this in my Golf Car, works great looks good, and really like the auto dimming feature.

The description of this item made me want to try it. I have played with a few different HUDs and they all had their plusses and minuses. This one had looked to be clean and neat. The display colors are bright and easy to read.The auto dimming is a plus.The manual is a bit thin on information but does give you the basics.The long USB cable should allow it to be placed in a convenient place.There are no mounting items in the package so it is up to you to figure out how to mount this.That alone is cause to question purchasing.It does work, but need some work to make it a 3 or 4 star item.Here is how I rate items:5 Stars = Exceeds all expectations, A definite buy! (Very Rare)4 Stars = Excellent find, you should definitely give it a shot.3 Stars = It works and functions as advertised.2 Stars = A little scary, possibly OK, it may work out.1 Stars = Avoid this product, not worth the effort.

This is pretty accurate but I don't love the design. I was hoping to mount this in the blank space of my gauge cluster but it uses a really old style big USB port that plugs straight into the back which makes it impossible to do so. I really don't want to mount this on my dash. It really doesn't look all that great in my Lexus. I might mount this inside my mini truck instead. I haven't decided yet. Overall, I probably wouldn't have ordered this if I had seen it in person beforehand.

Reads about 1 mph to fast, but I prefer it that way and besides, the speed CAN be easily calibrated. As far as how long it takes for the unit to catch the satellite signal that some have complained about on here, it takes no longer than any stand alone GPS unit. Some don't realize that when they use their phones and such for directions and everything is pretty much instant that that's because their phones are already on and connected to the satellites. The only thing about the unit that I don't like much is the mounting area is way to small. It near a larger area or some type of an actual "mount".

Works good, easy to use just plug in and wait a minute for it to hook to satellites. A couple of kilometers out but close enough not to worry about it
