Great Phone! I came from a Samsung Exhilarate i577 running Android 4.0 which was no longer opening websites. The S9 is a rocket ship. It came with Android 8.0 Oreo and I immediately upgraded to 9.0 Pie. Upgrade had 0 issues. Pie is a much better OS. One main like with Pie is the "night mode" which gets rid of that white screen in 8.0 for a black screen with white letters. MUCH better on the eyes. Took a while to customize settings to my liking, but once I did, I am super happy with the purchase. Few negatives in the supplied apps, but definitely not a deal breaker. Price has dropped since S10 release which now makes this super affordable-ish. No regrets. Samsung mobile forever!

The phone is coming in pack condition. It’s a perfect as shown in description. But it’s come with the UK charger instead of USA. Quality is goo.

This is definitely not a regular Galaxy phone, as it has a Chinese build with Chinese features. That means that the keyboard, for example, is not the regular one and is actually impossible to type. I tried all types of modifications – nothing works and you can't replace the "Samsung keyboard" with a different Samsung keyboard, without being linked to the Chinese difference. It even includes Chinese hand-writing, which affect the keyboard and makes it lousy as it is. Bottom line; I had to return this phone and look for a decent seller.

It came nicely packed but it was pre-programmed for HK and it has mandarin pre-loaded. It took my friend to change the settings. Even after 3 days, there are still some Chinese presets. Wrong power supply interface was send. So far the unit it pretty functional. Also transfer from old phone didnt work. So far it connects to my ATT sim card well. Radio works well

I like the phone. There is no issue with device. I returned it bacuase it came with Andoind 9 version while i am looking for Android 8 version.

Ya llevo 1 mes con este celular y aunque fue mucho el cambio de iphone a samsung es un excelente producto. Estaba preocupado por las reseñas malas pero todo funicono muy bien. La tarjeta sim si funciono lo que significa que el celular si esta desbloqueado y todo adentro del paquete venia bien. Lo unico que si note es que la pila por alguna razon no la siento tan potente, sin embargo, en las opciones del telefono tu pudes moverle para que la pila rinda al maximo.Me llego el dia que decia en amazon y en general estoy muy feliz con la compra.

El teléfono llegó en excelentes condiciones y en tiempo, existía la preocupación de que no funcionara el chip de Telcel pero por suerte funciona sin problemas, respecto al cargador europeo el vendedor agrega un adaptador y este se puede usar sin problemas

El teléfono funciona bien , el problema fue con el envío, primero me envían un modelo que no era, bueno me enviaron otro , que correspondía al modelo que se compro, pero los gastos de reenvío y gasto adicionales los tube que cubrir yo, y ese dinero ya no me fue devuelto a pesar que ellos se equivocaron en el envío , fue una mala experiencia, más de 2 meses para tener el teléfono

Efectivamente es un S9 doble SIM Europeo-Eminatos Arabes, trae un adaptador de enchufe en Carga Rápida, pero al ser puerto TIPO C, puedes adaptar la entrada a cualquier terminal USB, ojo , lo recomendable usar el cargador original, vamos un par de día de uso, y sin percances hasta ahora, adicional es que el firmware del telefono permite las actualizaciones de sw últimas, algo que he visto en muchos terminales mal liberados queda bloqueado
