I use my Lee Outriggers for Tarpon fishing around Egmont Cay ( Tampa Bay, Fl ) and they can be set to the ideal tension for large bait fish. Fast release when the Tarpon grabs the bait and makes a run. Thanks

Waste of money. They do Not work with sidetrackes and now I can’t return because it’s past 30 days

Many varieties

I bought the extendable aluminum outrigger kit with all the lines and clips. One pole has a plastic sleeve that blocks the locking post from locking into the hole which keeps the outrigger from extending. Additionally, two of the release clips broke. It is not a lose knot or user error the metal half loop came off the cheap plastic release clip entirely. Both occured only the third time I fished them. Very expensive and shouldn't have these problems.

These are horrible for several reasons. They came with the outriggers I bought from Taco, which I like, but these clips are trash.The first thing is that the top and bottom loops can expand outwards, and release from the rest of the body, and then there is a mess to deal with. This happened on both sides of both clips I have, total failure.I tried using pliers to bend them more inward to stay, but that didn't work.The second thing is the little sleeve which receives the faulty loop break. This too happened multiple times.And finally, as if that isn't enough, the clip action is linked to the tightening knob, which is difficult to tighten and then difficult to latch.Complete trash.
