(Combo - Vertical) Was having trouble with the USB C cable on my 6400mAh KIWI design Comfort Battery Head Strap (B09XF69CR9) fitting loosely in the headset and falling out enough to stop charging. Thought it was just the plug being super loose and not being able to snap in but it was actually the opposite sort of problem. The male USB C plug on the strap was just a SUPER tight fit. Plugging it into the adapter required a lot of force but I'd much rather break a ~$5 adapter or $60 battery strap than the VR headset worth hundreds of dollars! The adapter plugs into the headset snugly and without spooky amounts of force being needed. Little bit of a pain to unplug as again, it is snug, but you can safely unplug it without breaking anything and it's going nowhere even during very active gameplay. It absolutely has sufficient power transfer to keep the VR set charged. Just got finished playing around 6-7 hours of H3VR and it performed flawlessly. The battery pack was able to fully drain before the headset started showing any drain in the UI. The smudges on the adapter in shown in my images are sweat btw, I played hard. They came looking clean and unblemished. Prior to my VR session I also made sure both adapters allowed the headset to charge. It held up be me squeezing it with the obscene amount of force the headset's cable needed to finally click into it just fine. Definitely seems to be a pretty solidly made product so far. Worst case the pack cost me just under $10 after tax and it comes with two different adapters that should both work fine for the task. If you're having trouble with your KIWI battery strap this is a very simple and affordable solution for the problem both in terms of time and money. I'd highly recommend trying this simple adapter before going the return and replace route. I strongly recommend plugging the battery pack cable into the adapter first THEN plugging the adapter into the headset. Don't risk the port on the headset by doing it the other way around.

These work great and allow you to minimize cable bump outs on your connected devices like a spare monitor, tablet, or phone. Does not slow down data transfer.

When you want to hide cables more effectively or just have cables directed a certain way, these are perfect. Very sturdy feel, and they support good power delivery and data transfer speeds.

So I have a Lenovo Legion go with a dock, I used this for the main host USB C from the dock to the Go. The dock has few usb dongles for keyboard and wireless mouse, and one USB C M.2 dock at 20Gbs connection. First thing i noticed, these adapters do get hot, and work ok for about 10 minutes, then randomly loose connection to my M.2 drive or anything plugged into the dock. This is while pulling 100W or so with the Go. I've tried both adapters, and they both do the same thing. if you are not trying to power something and transfer something, its ok and works as intended. But as soon as you draw more power through these adaptors and heat them up, they make things disconnect and reconnect. (side note, the stock power adapter does not have enough overhead to power the dock the accessories plugged into the dock, and the Go all at the same time, this is what made me buy a larger 140W USB Charger and these adapter for a cleaner look when not in hand held mode. All of the UBB C cable are rated at 40Gbps and 240W and work flawlessly without these adaptors.)

These are fantastic - I only wish I could order the model on the left in two-packs, they're so handy to have around. I originally ordered these to fit an old Mac into my test rig, and they turned out to be so useful I ordered a bunch more to get all the USB-C cables in my server cabinet properly oriented. I haven't had any issues with the build quality; they're very durable and stable, though I'm also a pro and I'm very careful not to put too much weight or stress on them. But my guess based on prior experience is that something else will fail before the coupling does. I also found a number of places around the house where turning something 90º made things easier - notably, I put one of these on my Steam Deck and it allows me to charge inside the zipped-up case, which is handy for long road trips. My multi-monitor setup has a few for associated peripherals as well; they keep the cables from bunching and give me another inch or two of movement I wouldn't have otherwise. The 40Gbps transfer speed might become an issue in the future for a small number of really data-intensive applications - and remember, casual users; I'm a homelab sicko - but for the vast majority of everyday applications you won't bump up against that limit at all. I've noticed no input lags or stuttering in any of the applications where I do use them, and they save a lot of cable strain.

It takes a lot of force to push the cable until the female port and the male side is too short for a phone with a case, which is what I bought it for. I have to take the case off every time to charge the phone. I took it off too many times and the case broke. Now I have to buy a new case. Stupid me. I should have just returned it in the first place.

Están perfectos para los que queremos tener configuraciones más minimalistas en nuestros escritorios, y evitar que los cables se atraviesen en las superficies. Le pongo 4 estrellas por que el conector más útil y menos estorboso [foto adjunta] es el que viene en el paquete de “Combo - Vertical”, pero no hay manera de comprar ese conector únicamente, ni individual ni en par, así que si quieres comprar 3 ó 4 conectores de esos, te ves forzado a tener que comprar múltiples paquetes y terminar con 6-8 conectores de los cuáles los demás no vas a utilizar la mitad. Espero pronto vendan los paquetes dobles con conectores del mismo tipo, por el momento ya no compraré más.
