I’ve been using Kaged Original Pre-Workout Powder and overall it’s a well-made product with a good flavor and clean mixability. It dissolves easily in water with no gritty texture, and the taste is genuinely enjoyable compared to a lot of other pre-workouts I’ve tried. In terms of performance, it definitely delivers a strong energy boost and helps with focus during workouts. However, the caffeine content is a bit too high for me personally. I found myself feeling more jittery than I prefer, especially if I take it later in the day or on a lighter training session. If you’re someone who tolerates higher caffeine levels well, this will probably be a great fit. For me, I’d likely use a smaller scoop or reserve it for more intense workout days. Overall, it’s a quality pre-workout that works as advertised, just a little stronger than what I need on a regular basis.
